  5.      Thank you for trying my new screensaver program.  I hope you enjoy the landscape
  6. images and this easy to use screensaver.  I enjoyed designing these images and this screensaver,
  7. and I will continue to produce images for future updates.  I plan to utilize 24bit images in
  8. upcoming ScreenSavers for those folks out there who bought the latest and greatest for their
  9. systems.  Keep and eye open for these updates soon.

  11.      Since this program is zipped, please unzip it into a directory and run install from
  12. that directory. The install program will give you a choice of default directory (C:\Scrnsaver)
  13. or you can change it to your own personal preference.  I do not recommend putting these files in
  14. the Windows or Windows\System directories just to avoid the clutter.  The install will
  15. automatically add the appropriate driver to the Control Panel(Desktop) section.  After
  16. installation follow the instructions below and enjoy.

  19. USER INSTRUCTIONS

  21. Your screen saver driver has been installed into the Windows(tm) Desktop of the Control
  22. Panel.  Accessing your screen saver is easy, and requires three steps as follows:

  24.   I.   Load the Control Panel
  25.   II.  Run the Desktop option
  26.   III. Select your screen saver

  29. I.   Load the Control Panel
  30.  
  31. The Control Panel is generally found in the MAIN group of your Program Manager.  Execute the
  32. Control Panel by double clicking the Control Panel icon.

  34. If you cannot find the MAIN group or the Control Panel icon, you can run the control panel from
  35. the File Manager by double clicking CONTROL.EXE in your main Windows directory (usually
  36. called WINDOWS).

  39. II.  Run the Desktop option
  40.  
  41. To run the Desktop option of the control panel, double click the Desktop icon in the Control
  42. Panel.

  47. III. Select your screen saver

  49. Use the 'Screen Saver' area of your Desktop screen to select your screen saver.  You may use the
  50. Test button to preview your screen saver, and the Setup button to assign a password and activate
  51. / deactivate your mouse.

  78. This Software has been tested on 386 thru Pentium-90 computers, you should have no problems
  79. if your system can run Windows 3.1x and above and have at least 4 MB RAM. (I always
  80. recommend 8 MB RAM for efficient use of Windows).
